Simon Auston
CEO
Simon is a natural leader who is driven by the desire to disprove the words “It can’t be done” and is gifted with the vision, determination and skills needed to make a difference in the security industry.
With over 20 years of Security & Risk Management experience, Simon has closely worked with clients to deliver effective risk & security outcomes at some of the largest sites across Australia. He has delivered specialised projects for Government Agencies and facilitated security and crowd safety for some of the largest events the southern-hemisphere has held. In addition to working with critical infrastructure suppliers to achieve workers safety and secure sites.
Simon is extremely passionate about training and development and has worked tirelessly to improve industry knowledge through training and seminars that have brought a range of world-recognised experts to Australia to share their thoughts and ideas.
Christophe Galibert

Christophe is renowned for his “Plan – Do – Check – Adjust” approach to every job and is always looking for ways to help his clients improve and exceed their goals.
Christophe brings 30 years of Operational and Security Management experience to the forum. A former Police Officer, Christophe brings a wealth of knowledge and experience, having operated as a security and risk advisor at major precinct events, casinos and sporting stadiums. Christophe has managed complex security overlays at locations & events such as Stereosonic Music Festival, the G20 Brisbane, ACT based Embassies, Indycar Gold Coast, Mad Max film sets and Cbus Stadium.

A highly experienced and dedicated operations professional with more than 10 years’ experience in the Security Management and Event arena. Melissa has a proven ability in exceptional systems management, training modules, compliance automation and enforcing of Workplace Health & Safety.
Highly skilled in making quick decisions and determining appropriate outcomes to benefit the business and client, her extensive knowledge in various roles and client types across the industry make her an expectational team asset.

Tanya has worked in the financial management sector for over 20 years. She joined Reddawn during its inception years and is responsible for overseeing and financially guiding the company to grow and expand throughout Australia. Her core skills and focus revolve around risk management, cost and contracts management, business development, forward-planning and analytics.
