Maintaining Security in Covid Conditions
Over the past years many industries have changed and adapted because of the pandemic and the Security Industry is no exception to this. The impact of Covid-19 and the industry changes have seen many Security Providers falling short on rostering or taking shortcuts to staff training to maintain contracts. Reddawn identifying these possible risks took immediate action to safeguard our company and in turn our clients, from any lack of provision or service quality during the pandemic.Reddawn has maintained 100% fulfilment of rosters over this period and has gone out of its way to ensure staff are not only being trained, but up-skilled during this transitional time.In addition to the ‘Australian Government Department of Health: Infections Control Training’ Course provided to all staff, Reddawn has engaged a private RTO to increase Managers understanding of the Safety and Controls for Covid-19 even further. Enrolling them in a ‘HLTSS00064’ course for ‘Infection control Skill Set’ through ‘Emergency Medical Services Education Training’.Reddawn have expert access to procedures and updates from the Australian Government Department of Health, as frontline workers in the Quarantine Hotels, and have ensured proficient education to staff members as well as access to PPE and Rapid tests for all our staff and customers sites. Our safety to our staff is just as important to our clients as it is to us, as the return of patrons and staff to venues can only occur with the assistance of educated and protected team members.Don’t just take our word for it though, here is a compliment we received from Dale Cooper, Executive General Manager at Viva Energy,
“We wish to thank you and your team for all the time and help you have given us throughout this pandemic.
Due to your team, we were able to ensure our people presented to work healthy and help prevent Covid-19 getting through our gates. Each morning without fail your team were there, regardless of the weather conditions, always courteous and met with a smile.Again, Thank you for helping keep out team safe.”
