HMS Victory is the world’s most famous warship, which currently attracts over 350,000 visitors per year. This figure is targeted to increase to circa 1 million visitors per year. Reddawn were commissioned to identify crowd safety strategies, which could ensure the safety of visitors and implement training of HMS Victory key staff, to provide modern methodology for the management crowds in normal and emergency conditions.
