Remembering Todd Reid

A tennis match, a gala dinner and an all-round great day raising $20,000 for The Black Dog Institute.

Set on the grass courts at Kooyong, Reddawn was approached to provide a silent auction donation towards this event. Featuring a mix of pro and punters, they joined together on the tournament day in a fundraising collective for raising awareness on Mental Health.

With 120 people attending the gala dinner, it was a great opportunity to speak about Mental Health and what we can do in our community to support others.

Renee Beck championed the day, organising the tournament in memory of her little brother who passed away just over 4 years ago. She said “He was a very good tennis player who sadly didn't reach his full potential, and struggled with mental illness for much of his life.”

“I have been working for some time on how we can use this tragedy to shine a spotlight on mental health, as well as supporting current and former tennis players that are struggling.”

Reddawn is glad we could support such a worthy cause and look forward to the future 2023 tournament.
